The Local Government Unit of Lidlidda, under the able leadership of Municipal Mayor Atty. Sherwin P. Tomas and Vice Mayor James Sacayanan, together with the members of the Sangguniang Bayan, in partnership with the Department of Health Region I led by Regional Director Dr. Paula Paz M. Sydiongco, successfully conducted the Memorandum of Agreement Signing (Phase II) for the establishment of the Lidlidda Infirmary Hospital.

The momentous occasion was also highlighted by the offering of prayers and blessings officiated by Rev. Alen A. Villareal, invoking guidance, protection, and success for the realization of the project and for the future healing ministry that the infirmary hospital will provide to the community.

During the ceremony, Dr. Sydiongco shared an inspiring message, expressing that although she may no longer hold the position of Regional Director by the time the infirmary hospital is completed, the project will forever stand as a testament to what can be achieved when people unite with a common purpose. She emphasized that genuine collaboration and shared commitment can turn aspirations into reality for the betterment of the community.

May the Lidlidda Infirmary Hospital become a sanctuary of hope and healing, a place where every individual is treated with compassion, dignity, and quality healthcare service.

Through the unwavering efforts of the Municipal Mayor, Municipal Officials, and their valued partners, the long-cherished dream of having a hospital in Lidlidda is finally becoming a reality. More than serving the people of Lidlidda, this infirmary hospital is envisioned to extend essential medical services to neighboring upland municipalities and communities in need.

This is more than an infrastructure project, it is a legacy of leadership, unity, and public service. A dream realized for the people of Lidlidda and a lasting symbol of progress for generations to come.
