The Local Government Unit of Lidlidda proudly hosted the SPES Payout Program, graced by distinguished officials including Atty. Sherwin P. Tomas, Municipal Mayor; Mrs. Edna Baling‑oay, Municipal Treasurer; Sir Kevin Kit Dela Rosa, DOLE Officer; Mrs. Maryrose Aguirre, PESO Manager; and Mrs. Chrisma Jean Bagaoi, Municipal Tourism Action Officer. Their presence underscored the municipality’s unwavering support for its youth.
