The Local Government Unit of Lidlidda, under the able leadership of Atty. Sherwin P. Tomas, in partnership with the Department of Health, Region I through Sir Danny G. Javier, RMT, MPH, and the Rural Health Unit of Lidlidda headed by Dr. Dianne Grace Vega-Plete, successfully launched the Puro Kalusugan Program today, March 25, 2026, at Brgy. Carcarabasa, Lidlidda, Ilocos Sur.
