Tomas, has entered into a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) with Veterans Bank, represented by Branch Manager Ms. Maribel A. Abuan. The signing was witnessed by the Hon. Vice Mayor James Sacayanan, along with the Sangguniang Bayan Members and Heads of Offices of the municipality. This agreement aims to support the development and improvement of Lidlidda, fostering initiatives that will contribute to its sustainable growth and progress.
